Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms, equipped with exclusive access to the Gold Lounge and a dedicated service team, were spacious, quiet, and beautifully furnished. However, the dining experience was a little overpriced in my opinion. The service, especially from members like Zoey Zhang and Stevie Liu, was impeccable. The location, right on the bund and accessible to my favorite restaurants, was possibly the best in town.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were renovated and of high quality, truly one of the best I've experienced while traveling in China. They were super cozy, and the staff was incredibly nice, making for a large and very quiet setting for a great night's sleep. The service was impeccable, going above and beyond to arrange a surprise cake and gift, showing how great, pleasant, helpful, efficient, and personable they truly are. The location was superb, only about 7 minutes away and just next to the Bund, within walking distance to popular spots like the walking street and Ayi Yuan Garden. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide array of options available, though slightly pricey for what was offered. Overall, a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations.
